ESPN unnecessarily apologizes for commentator who aired his admiration for Miss Alabama

Let me get this straight.  We reached a point in this society where it’s offensive to call a beautiful woman a beautiful woman?  Ridiculous!

I guess we have to be mindful of ugly woman who never get complimented because their ugly!

ESPN has apologized to Miss Alabama after two of its sports broadcasters were caught drooling over her while she cheered on her quarterback boyfriend from the stands on Monday night.

Early in the game between Alabama and Notre Dame, ESPN cameras landed on 23-year-old Katherine Webb and sportscasters Brent Musburger and Kirk Herbstreit immediately perked up.

Miss Webb, who is the girlfriend of quarterback A.J. McCarron and was watching from the stands with his mother, elicited rowdy responses from the TV hosts.
