Manhunt Underway After 4 Men in Car Shoot at NYPD Officers in Brooklyn, Narrowly Missing Them

Thank God the Officers weren’t hit!  But, this is getting out of hand.
NBC NewYork reports four men in a car shot at NYPD officers in Brooklyn on Tuesday night, narrowly missing them, a police union says.
The two officers, a man and a woman, were on foot patrol near 401 East 23rd Street in Flatbush at about 10:30 p.m. when gunfire rang out, police said. No officers were hit.

Streets surrounding the scene of the drive-by shooting were still closed at 5:30 a.m. Wednesday amid a police manhunt. Police tape and NYPD vans and cars were blocking intersections. Evidence markers lined the ground as officers shined their flashlights looking for evidence. A full moon lingered overhead.
