There criminals today are more brazen than I have ever seen in all my 53 years living in New York.
NY Daily News reports a 30-year-old gunman shot and killed a Bronx bodega worker with a firearm he stole from a cop’s holster — moments before another officer opened fire and wounded the suspect early Tuesday, a police source said.

A 49-year-old N&A Food employee ran across the street to A&M Deli & Grocery, where he confronted the suspected shooter as he hawked a cell phone just after 2 a.m., the source said.

The tense argument between the bodega employee and the alleged gunman at the deli on Valentine Ave. near 198th St. prompted witnesses to flag down a pair of patrol cops, according to authorities.
