NY Daily News reports a North Dakota middle school special education teacher and former pageant champion is being investigated by her school district for off-color social media posts pertaining to her role as an educator.
Sheridan Tihista, a former Miss Montana beauty pageant winner and special education teacher at Liberty Middle School in West Fargo, N.D., called parents of her students “monsters” and posted about her students being “satan,” ABC station WDAY-TV reports.An anonymous group of school parents brought the issue to light by delivering a packet of printed-out tweets to school officials and the media.
