Family of Navy SEAL, Remington Peters, 27, who plummeted to his death in the Hudson River after his parachute failed to open during Fleet Week show pay tribute to 'our courageous warrior'

God rest Remington's soul!  It takes a crazy amount of physical fitness to become a Navy Seal.  These guys are the best of the best of the best!  So sad!
Daily Mail reports the US Navy SEAL who plunged to his death in New Jersey after his parachute failed to open during a display has been named as 27-year-old Remington Peters.

The Naval Special Warfare Center released a statement from his family on Monday evening in which they expressed their 'heartbreak' over the 'passing of our courageous warrior'.

Special Operator First Class Peters, of Colorado, was performing as part of Navy Parachute Team 'The Leap Frogs' when landed in the Hudson River during a jump that was part of Fleet Week at Liberty State Park in Jersey City.
