Man shot in the head at gas station in Nicetown section of Philadelphia

Nothing good happens between 12 am and 6 am.  Not a good time to be on streets.
6 ABC reports a man is in critical condition after being shot in the head at a gas station in the Nicetown section of Philadelphia.

It happened at 1:30 a.m. Saturday at the Sunoco station at North 5th Street and Erie Avenue.
