What does God have against the Mets?: Mets worst fears about Michael Conforto are confirmed, out for a long time due to shoulder injury

As a Mets fan I can say that we have had more than our fair share of injuries to our players.
Losing Michael Confoto was an additional punch to the stomach we didn't need.
NY Post reports the Mets’ 2018 season is already off to a shaky start.
Michael Conforto, who damaged his left shoulder in a freak incident last week, will undergo surgery to repair a tear in the joint’s posterior capsule, the team announced Saturday.
The Mets did not provide a timetable for Conforto’s return, but there is concern within the organization, according to sources, that rehab could last into next spring training and beyond.
