Colin Kaepernick is taking on NFL owners with collusion fight

Kaepernick has hired one of the best lawyers in the country.
So the NFL better take this seriously.  Major League Baseball lost their collusion case in the early 90s.  So a precedent has been set in professional sports in the past which is why I think Kaepernick is going for it.

NY Post reports Colin Kaepernick is taking a stand.

The most polarizing quarterback in the free-agent pool is filing a grievance against the NFL owners for collusion, according to multiple reports.

Kaepernick is filing under the collective bargaining agreement, not through the Players Association, and has hired attorney Mark Geragos, according to Bleacher Report, a lawyer who has represented high-profile clients such as Michael Jackson, Winona Ryder and NASCAR driver Jeremy Mayfield.
