New York store owner, 80, shot and killed over 50 cents

This really petty and outrageous!
Fox News reports a heartless gunman shot an 80-year-old Brooklyn bodega owner in the chest Tuesday night — killing him over a mere 50 cents, police sources told The Post.

The gunman, who was still at large Wednesday, had taken a bottle of Corona from the fridge and thrown down $1.50 in payment.

“Hey, that’s $2!” shouted one of the four workers in the bodega — the 797 Deli on Stanley Avenue and Ashford Street in East New York — a law enforcement source told The Post.

“I’m going to come back,” the man threatened as he left with his beer. “And shoot you all.”
Sure enough, a short while later the man returned and opened fire, letting loose 12 bullets.
