News 5 Cleveland reports a 17-year-old was hit and killed by a driver who went off the road Tuesday afternoon in Eastlake, according to police....Police said they took a call for an accident involving a pedestrian on Vine Street near E. 337th Street around 1:45 p.m. When they arrived, officers found Maddisan Chase injured. She was taken to Lake Health West Medical Center where she was later pronounced dead.
