Sen. Marco Rubio lied on Meet the Press about setting a precedent declaring a national emergency to build border wall.

On Meet the Press Sen. Marco Rubio said he's against President Trump declaring a national emergency to build a border wall because of the precedent it sets.  Either Marco Rubio lied or he's ignorant of the fact that the United States is currently under 31 national emergencies that have been set from past presidents going back to Jimmy Carter.  Declaring a national emergency to get the wall built is a tool President Trump is entitled to use.  To say it's sets a precedent is a flat out lie!
