Asleep at the Switch: Sessions declines to appoint special counsel to investigate alleged FBI misconduct

Jeff Sessions needs to wake up because this is s horrible decision.

NY Post reports  Attorney General Jeff Sessions said Thursday that Utah US Attorney John Huber is investigating GOP lawmakers’ allegations against the FBI and that a special counsel is not needed to probe the case.

Huber, an appointee of President Barack Obama, will try to determine whether the bureau abused its power when it obtained a warrant to surveil a former adviser to President Trump’s campaign, CNN reported.
