Cuomo blames CDC for his executive order that killed thousands of seniors in New York


On or about April 20th when asked about Covid-19 seniors being sent back to nursing homes, Andrew Cuomo claimed "he didn't know" of the policy.
  He lied because it was his executive order that set the policy. 

Yesterday Cuomo lied again by saying it was CDC regulations he was adhering to.  So, which is it Andrew?

    That is like catching you kid with an empty Cheetos bag with orange fingers and a orange ring around their mouth while they are screaming they know nothing about Cheetos.
