Let me educate Joe Biden where high crime comes from, not guns , progressive policies

Joe Biden knows better where high crime comes from. 

It's not guns who cause crime.  It's the criminal element that the Democrat party champions.  It's their stupid progressive policies that makes crimes get worse.
