It's bad behavior from people who aren't raised with any kind of morals or a sense of civility. Let's call it for what it is. Bad people being bad and haw can we stop creating these types of people?

NY Daily News reports a 28-year-old Pennsylvania man was arrested Sunday and charged with murder in the road rage shooting death of a recent high school graduate.David Desper turned himself in at 2 a.m. and was arraigned on first-degree and third-degree murder, along with other charges in Bianca Roberson's death, authorities said at a press conference. No bail has been set.Roberson, 18, was shot in the head Wednesday in West Goshen Township after she tried to merge into a lane at the same time as the driver of a red pickup truck. Roberson was killed instantly and her car veered off the road, hitting a tree.
