John McCain's love for ObamaCare greater than his love for Lindsey Graham

Once again John McCain has said he cannot vote for a possible replacement of ObamaCare sponsored by his "very close" friend Lindsey Graham. 

Does this mean the relationship between these two is on the rocks?  That's a more intriguing story than the inept Republicans fumbling to repeal and replace ObamaCare
