Bogus CNN Poll says Majority of Americans Oppose Kavanaugh Appointment to SCOTUS

I don't believe the results of this CNN poll should be taken seriously. 
What's the basis to believe anything that comes out of CNN given their unethical practices and their animus toward President Trump?

 NewsMax reports a divided nation has pulled further apart in the wake of the contentious nomination process for Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, with 51 percent opposed to his confirmation and 41 percent supporting him, a new poll shows.

The CNN survey released Monday noted 39 percent opposed Kavanaugh after his initial confirmation hearing in early September, and 38 percent supported him at that time.
