Mayor Eric Adams warrants NYPD not to be abusive. What?

Is this what Eric Adams is concerned about?  We're in ther midst of a crime wave and he's worried about the cops instead of the criminals.

    What? Asking overpaid government thugs to obey the laws they are supposed to be enforcing? Inconceivable! Until they are convicted in a court of law, they are citizens, not criminals. Cops should not be abusing anyone at any time. The gang in blue is more dangerous to the average person than any "criminal".
