ReplyDeleteNot just about the woman issue, its the whole package: how she studied law, who she worked under IE: judges etc, its how she handled pedophile cases and her rulings, GITMO cases she worked.
ReplyDeleteIt is about the entire theme of her time as judge, questions on how she'll be on the court and finally does she really know the law or just use guidelines to make up her mind.
