Governor Andrew
Cuomo needs to address an issue that is getting out of hand, assaults on elderly
people. There's no reason why our most
vulnerable citizens should walk our streets in fear. We do not live in a world whereby things get better
on their own. Action needs to be taken
and a message sent to the punks running in our streets that society will not
tolerate this kind of criminal behavior and passage of such a law reflects
that.
