2 Utah teens arrested for shooting 14 yr old girl Deserae Turner in the head were annoyed by her Snapchats

I've said this before like a voice in the wilderness.  When it comes to kids bullying other kids, the root cause of it is bad parenting. 
When kids are raised right, they act right.  But, it's not fashionable to talk about parental skills.   I bet the parents of this 14 year old girl wish it became a national concern. 

NY Post reports two teenage boys plotted to “get rid” of a 14-year-old girl because her texts and Snapchats annoyed one of them, according to authorities.

The two 16-year-old boys, who have not been identified, are now facing attempted aggravated murder charges for allegedly shooting 14-year-old Deserae Turner in Logan, Utah. 

Cache County Sheriff’s deputy Brian Groves testified on Tuesday at a preliminary hearing that the boys lured Deserae on Feb. 16 to a canal, where she was shot in the head and left for dead.

Deserae was not found until the next day after her family reported her missing, the Salt Lake Tribune reported. She survived the shooting, but was critically injured and remains hospitalized.
