NY Post reports the Virginia restaurant owner who wouldn’t serve Sarah Huckabee Sanders defended the ouster — as critics on Sunday slammed the refusal.

Stephanie Wilkinson, owner of The Red Hen in Lexington, told The Washington Post she asked Sanders to leave Friday because the White House press secretary works for an “inhumane and unethical” administration.

“I explained that the restaurant has certain standards that I feel it has to uphold, such as honesty and compassion, and cooperation,”
