Mail fraud charges will be Jussie's biggest headache, a lot more than the state charges.

The Sun reports DISGRACED Jussie Smollett was slammed by Chicago police today for "taking advantage of the pain and anger of racism" in order to promote his career.

The Empire actor is currently in custody and could face three years in jail after he was sensationally charged with staging an elaborate street assault so he could play victim.
