NY Post reports more criminal charges could be coming for NYCHA bigwigs who have tried to paper over severe health and safety issues inside the city’s embattled public housing developments, according to regional US Housing and Urban Development director Lynne Patton.
“We’ve been working closely with the Southern District of New York, the US Attorney Jeff Berman,” Patton told John Catsimatidis on AM 970’s “Cats Roundtable” talk show Sunday morning.
“He’s on a mission. He’s spent a lot of man-hours investigating NYCHA over the last three years. That investigation — the criminal part — is not over. People will not be getting away with the way they’ve been treating others.”
