Ohio governor signs ‘one heartbeat’ abortion ban

At least in Ohio the GOP governor believes in the sanctity of life and the civil rights of the unborn child by signing a new law.  That's a far cry from the Democrat governors in Virginia and New York that permit abortions up until the child reaches first grade.
