Tekashi 6ix9ine sparks cash-grabbing frenzy at his former Brooklyn school

I never heard of this clown before today.
But, I think it's safe to say he's very odd.  Throwing money at people?  What message is he trying to send the kids?
NY Post reports good judgment is apparently not part of the curriculum.

“This used to be my school!” Tekashi shouts to a crowd of kids, frenetic footage from inside the Juan Morel Campos Secondary School in Williamsburg shows.
