Bill de Blasio's New York: Hero cop Brian Mulkeen killed in Bronx during hand-to-hand struggle with armed suspect

For weeks I've been shouting that New York has become a tinder box because Mayor Bill de Blasio hatred for police.
His attitude has created an atmosphere by which armed and unarmed thugs openly challenge police.  This is a chaos situation that is getting worse by the day.  This incident of losing a hero cop will only ratchet up the tension on the streets.

NY Post reports a hero NYPD officer was fatally shot early Sunday during a desperate, hand-to-hand struggle with an armed suspect just after midnight on the grounds of the Edenwald Houses in The Bronx.

Officer Brian Mulkeen, 33, a six-year veteran of the department, did not survive three gunshot injuries, Chief of Department Terence Monahan told reporters at Jacobi Hospital, where doctors had worked to save his life.
