Gov. Andrew Cuomo's greatest achievement-Banning plastic bags

The day that Andrew Cuomo passes on, let it be written on his head stone, He Banned Plastic Bags!

With crime out of control, homelessness increasing and taking over our streets , people moving out of New York in droves because of oppressive taxes, at least Andrew Cuomo passed a plastic bag ban.  Thank God for that!
