I lived for three terms under New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.
His policies are horrible for New York and it's scandalous how New York has fallen short due to his bad decisions. Aside from all that. Cuomo has an amazing ability to say something very stupid in the midst of sounding quite reasonable.

Case in point.
In this snippet, 95% of what Cuomo had to say was insightful, reasonable,
and somewhat inspiring. But, when he
said "…this is the new normal and we'll never go back." is
ridiculous! A true leader, which Andrew
Cuomo isn't, would never say that. But,
that's Andrew Cuomo.
