NY Post reports one person was killed and five others injured early Wednesday when at least two gunmen opened fire outside a Brooklyn apartment building, cops said.The violence erupted at around 2:10 a.m. in front of the building on President Street near Franklin Avenue, about a block away from the Brooklyn Botanic Garden in Crown Heights, cops said.A 30-year-old man was shot in the torso and was rushed to Kings County Hospital Center by private means, where he was pronounced dead. His identity has been not yet been released.A 52-year-old woman taken to the same hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg, and is listed in stable condition, officials said.
