Miss Stop and Frisk Yet: Off-duty MTA conductor Jacqueline Dicks shot and killed on Brooklyn street

I don't care what the crime stay say, this city has not been as safe under this horrible, extremely lazy, poor excuse of a mayor. 
I feel horrible for this poor woman and her family.  

NY Daily News reports an off-duty MTA conductor was shot dead within a block of her Brooklyn home late Monday, police said.

Jacqueline Dicks, 41, was wearing her MTA uniform when three suspects, all male, confronted her on Elton Ave. by Cozine Ave. in East New York just after 11:40 p.m., according to authorities. One pulled out a gun and shot her once in the head.

A witness who called 911 told police the trio bolted.
