Apparently the idiots who run the Joe Biden campaign didn't know that "despacito" means slow in Spanish.
That's fits perfectly for Joe who is slow. But, more importantly the song is about a man seducing a woman which also fits Biden's unwanted sexual advances towards woman.Look at the video. Nobody was there. By the audio, I can count maybe six people were in the audience.
