Cure Auto Insurance Dying Dad Commercial Very Unfunny

This super ad is still running for some reason and I needed to get this off my chest.  I don't know what does auto insurance have to do with the theme of the commercial.  A life insurance ad would have been a little more understandable.  Nevertheless, there's nothing funny about a family member flat lining in a hospital in a 30 second ad.  It just doesn't fly with me.  And sticking a knock'em dead gorgeous female doctor to try and make it funny misses the mark as well.  Terrible job by Cure Auto Insurance.

Chicago Fire - Fire House 51 Pays Last Respects to Little Boy Who Never Got to Be a Fire Fighter

This is a montage from my favorite show, Chicago Fire.  The fire fighters give a final salute to a little boy who died in an attempt.  The little boy always wanted to be fire fighter when he grew up.  In my opinion, this is one of the most poignant scenes I've ever seen on TV drama.  Been hooked on Chicago Fire ever since.

Classic TV: Barbara Eden's 1962 appearance on the Andy Griffith's Show

Before the ballgame started last night I switched over to MeTv where I saw a drop dead gorgeous Barbara Eden get off a bus in the town of Mayberry.
